  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What are the options for protecting the paint , and protecting the car against minor scratches .

Those scratches on the door that folks leave in public parking when they open their door and hit my car's door , leaves marks.

Whats the cost of Ceramic Coating ?
I saw a product from Top Coat . I think there are many products in the market . Please mention what you're using if any , and if it works well .

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
General price in my area runs from $800 for a 2 year ceramic coat to $1700 for a 5 year coat. Some companies (like Modesto) claim up to 10 years but I'm not sure any coating can live that long on anything other than a showroom car.

I've opted for the slow but (*maybe) surely route by using a ceramic infused carwash on a daily basis. I guess after two years I might have built up a layer of some sort :druff:

I am thinking about the Klasse High Gloss Sealant .
Is it recommended ?

NOTHING is going to prevent those parking lot dings except “parking where they ain’t.”

Xpel Ultimate wrap. Ceramic coatings don't protect from rock chips, door dings.

I wrapped my full hood, full fenders, headlights, fog lights mirrors. Car is 6 years old and other than a few stains on the Xpel, there is not mark on the paint. At some point I can pull the Xpel off and apply new.

NSX - How much did you spend on the Xpel wrap? What is the service life according to the manufacturer?
