Love the car, regardless of the issues, although now fixed with the entire process driven by me, and only me. Getting help for anyone who care at Genesis - is like trying to throw a baseball to the moon - you can try - but it's NEVER going to happen....Also, trying to reach an Executive - is like trying to reach O'Sama Bin Ladan - when he was alive - Its a lease - I am buying it and then selling it to NEVER have to be a part on this BS Brand - the car is Awesome - the people are the WORST.

They make a great product and then crap all over it. What can they possibly be thinking. What a shame. That being said, I personally have not had any issues with service. But I have not had any issues and only had the car serviced after one year.

I speak to customer service and then they tell me I need to speak to finance...then I speak to finance and they tell me I have to speak to customer service! too bad the Genesis people were not as good as the car!
