Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I have a 2021 G80 Prestige. For the first time ever I got a screen prompt to press START to do an audio update. I did this then tried to lock the car so I could to into a store. I could not lock it with the door handle button, nor the key fob but was able with the phone app. I got a message while shopping that the update was complete. When I returned to the car the mirrors were not in park mode but the door was locked and would not open. Tried the fob with no success. I was able to unlock with the phone app. Then I looked at the screen details about the update which had nothing to do with audio. Bizarre.
