As I was considering trading my 2010 4.6 for a 2012 4.6 I decided that I did not want another Genesis and traded for something else.
The forum has been great and I have enjoyed receiving and sharing info.

Since I'm considering getting the Genesis could I ask why you choosed against 2012 Genesis? Which version were you wanting to buy? Also what did you end up getting?

A few disappointments but for the most part I decided to return to a domestic brand.

Please tell us the Brand and Model. If it competes with the Genesis, I think a lot of us would like to try it!

Ford Motor Company has overall good reliability as domestic brands go. Otherwise nothing else has the consistant quality of Asian cars. I get the reliablity information from Consumer Reports, MsN autos, Edmunds etc. Some models of BMW and Mercedes are not reliable at all and most GM and Chrysler models are bad as compared to Asian cars. My point is that very few domestic cars can compete with the rear wheel drive luxury and reliablity of the Genesis.
