I have owned/bought 2 new Genesis (2013 Rspec & 2015 Genesis 5.0 Ultimate) & 2 Sonata (2006 V6 & 2014 2.0T Sport) from Parkway Hyundai. I've always been taken great care of from the buying experience to the service, and warranty services. These folks go out of their way to be earnest, and to take care of their customers. Don Lathem is the Owner, and he's a stand behind the product person. He even gave me his new 2015 5.0 Ultimate to take and drive to see how the seats felt for my spine. Then they put me in a 2015 Loaner Genesis for the weekend so I could take it for an extended drive to make sure the seat with power bolsters would work with my damaged spine.
Any problems, in service, or warranty items etc, Their service rep Chris Dean, has always put me in a great car to drive, and always is great to work with. For car dealers, this is not the norm. So, this is a great dealer-ship based on my experience. Regards.
