Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. Passenger side mirror sticking

Ok so new issue arose in the last couple weeks. I have the side mirrors set to adjust when going into reverse gear. Lately, the passenger mirror (not the housing, just the mirror plate) likes to stick with the mirror in that down facing position.

So working the controls to adjust, it will not adjust directly upward, but after directing it further down and to the side, it will then also adjust up.

Anyone have a similar experience, or any idea how to disassemble to see if there is some obstruction behind the mirror plate?
