Peeling Rims on 2023 Advanced

That’s what my headlights look like, I’ll have to see if they can get those replaced, have you done that?

Nope, dealer still hasn't called me back yet. I went in to request replacements for all of the items in my post. So they owe me three wheels, that trim and two headlight assemblies.

Thanks, my dealer finally got back to me last Friday also so like you, it took mine a month to get the warranty claim approved by Genesis. Rather than putting new rims on though, it seems my dealer is going to take all 4 rims off and have a body shop refinish them. Hopefully they come out looking new.

Mine did the same, not new rims but refinished the existing. It took a couple days but I think not because of the process but because of the shop. Seems to have come back just fine, at least so far

I hope they just replace mine because the dealership is 100 miles away from my house
