Hi, I'm new here. Wanted to welcome everybody and wish Happy New Year!!! Picking up my Genesis next week. Wanted to know your opinion about the K&N Filters for 5.0 and if there are any other performance mods available for it? Like power chips, etc. Yhank you for you help.
 
Look in the 2015+ sub forum. There are countless threads on these topics.

Currently there are no tuning options available for the 5.0 and drop in filters are a waste of money.
 
A good intake and exhaust are easy to do and can provide some power gain.

lol, no they wont. on an FI car yes but nothing worth the money on an NA v8 with no tuning solution to back it up.

any gains would be negligible and the only power gains would be in your head.
