  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Well I pulled the trigger today. Picked up a 2015 ultimate 5.0l. Black on black. With 388 miles. 38462, which is a bit more than I wanted to pay. But got them to tint the windows and do the rear badge. Pretty happy with it.

Congratulations! Well, you got a better deal than I did. :p I have a 2015 Signature V6 and I paid $37,000... So you did good. Have any pictures yet?

Great deal! I bought mine in June, 5.0 base for around the same price. You got a nice deal indeed considering you got the ultimate trim. How did you find it? When I looked for ultimate, there were only handful in the US and that too manager's cars.

u shoulda paid 35k. they have brand new ultimates selling for 37k.

but wow. hyundai dropping prices down low. can't go any lower than this. This is probably why customer service with them is so bad. They are not making any money on these cars. an equivalent lexus will easily go for 65k.

I paid 47 and some change for my black on black ultimate 5.0 a year ago... It was new but a demo... Had like 5k miles on it.... I thought I got a good deal... I would have waited a year and put another 5 or 6 k down if I would have known... . I think u did really good

Maybe on a 3.8 demo you get to $35k and under. These cars are 2 years old now and if they are still new then they should be expected to sell for low prices. Are you not familiar with how fast luxury cars including your lexus depreciate?

I doubt you will get a new untitled 5.0 ultimate for $35k.. Autotrader only has a total of 61 2015 5.0 cars at all. Browsing through the first page which went to about $42k, I only saw some non ultimates other than "sage hyundai" which is using stock images that do have the ultimate dial but has no mention of any ultimate features.

The price I am waiting for is low miles USED under $32k for one of these and so far I have not seen anything like that. I've reached out to 4 or 5 dealers and none of the lower priced models within 500 miles of me would budge more than $400-500 off the internet pricing.

Congrats! You paid $17k under the MSRP for a 2015 5.0 Ultimate. I think that is a fantastic unlike a couple of the other responses.

Had the vehicle already been titled and was being sold as used/demo?

To feel better about your purchase, I paid $35,700 3 weeks ago for a 2015 5.0 Ultimate with 25k miles. When looking nationwide $35.7 was a really good price even for a used one.

Enjoy the new ride!

Everytime I see how cheap these 5.0s are going for I kick myself in the ass for being an early adopter and getting the 3.8 at a higher price. Its quite a lesson on blowing your load too early.

Sounds like a very good deal to me, fantastic car congrats!

Well, you're taking fewer trips to the gas station. That's for sure. Maybe not if you're babying it but if you had the V8 - you wouldn't be babying it...

Also got to remember some people need or really want the awd...otherwise i would have gotten the v8 also.

Yes, all wheel drive does grip nice in the rain and it's a good idea in states with snow...
