  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Aside from the atrocious wheels, gotta say that this looks better than the Gen.

Too bad it's not (probably) going to have a V-6, a luxury interior (the design seems OK, could be better, tho) and be RWD (or at least AWD).

The 2 are so good-looking, however, that I'm tempted to get my parents out of their BMWs.

Some interior shots.

Very sharp looking car. I'm actually surprised that KIA decided to use those wheels for a production car. I've seen photos but I couldn't convince myself that they'd actually use them. Don't like it, but I guess I shouldn't be really that surprised as all their recent vehicles come with some stand out rims. I wish they had went with better ones, but I gotta admit, I'm loving their confidence. Kia is making some brave moves and I appreciate the balls to do so. However, the interior looks a little disappointing. Seems like a downgrade compared to the Soul or Forte. Exterior beats Sonata, but Optima looses on interior.

OK, I live in the heart of Hollywood. On the way home from work, I was annoyed to find camera crews and police directing traffic 3 blocks from my house. This is a regular occurrence but I really had to pee so as I was kind of in a rush....any way, as I was being waved on my police I noticed a lot of Asians and some strange car I'd never seen. It was the new Kia Optima. The rims are different from the pics listed below, but I have to say the car looks amazing in person. I tried to take pics, but I didn't want to get sweated by the police, so I just went on my way. Anyway, I'm sure you're gonna see a commercial soon about the new Kia Optima. Way to go Hyundai Kia, keep on pumping out cool products, at attainable prices. The big three Japanese automakers better get their houses in order...
