Poor body panel flushness / alignment

Anyone else have body panels that aren't perfectly flush, particularly between the front fender and front door? I'm so bummed about this. I don't even think it's a matter of tweaking the door alignment, I think the actual bend on the panel is off. Reason I say that is because it's flush everywhere except this one area.

Passenger side is slightly off as well but not as bad as drivers side.
