First Generation Prada Headlights - only Premium Package (no AFLS)

I have a 2013 with only the Premium package and have sourced the Prada headlights.

Is it possible to get the functionality that changes the lights at highway speeds to work on this car? Or should I just be happy I don't have that ugly yellow light?
