  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I logged in on the myhundai website and noticed in my account it states, Pre-paid maintenance is active until 100000 miles or nov, 2024, What exactly does pre-paid maintenance cover ?

It covers the basics like oil changes. Depending on the coverage, I think there are different levels of coverage.

where on your my Hyundai did you see you were covered?

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I spoke to four different departments, CPO wrap company, Dealer, Hyundaiusa and Bluelink today and none could tell me why my account was showing that or what is the status, they will check and get back to me. I was referred to the next department in the order above. At least something good came out of being on the phone over 1 hr, I got 40% discount on 2 of my 3 bluelink subscription, so it wasn't a total waist...

Mine shows the same exact thing. I know I've been charged for oil changes from my regular Hyundai dealer.

Maybe it's just a glitch on the website.

I thought that came with the CPO wrap extended warranty I purchased, but It seem to be a glitch on the website, I was told that by a hyundaiusa csr, I was gonna try get them to refund all the oil change I paid for, that a good amount of extra spending money, but luck is not on our side, I wonder who else notice that ?.

Anyone find out anything more about the Pre-Paid Maintenance? I logged onto mine and it actually shows two Active Pre-paid Maintenance. Pre-Paid Maintenance.PNG

EDIT: Update - I called 800-477-8089 and spoke to a rep. They said that the two contracts that I had on file which matched the dates showing on the site were my VSC (aka the HPP Platinum Wrap) and the CPO contracts. Which appears to be correct because I never purchased a Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan.

Has anyone figured this out yet? I have the same thing appearing on my account, dating back to the date of purchase
