  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

hello i am new to the forum. i have been looking at a new 2009 genesis sedan with premium & tech package msrp is $40k. what would be a good price to get this car for. i was thinking $10k off msrp it has been on the dealers lot for about a year. also any idea what kind of financing would be offered on a 2009. thanks, bill

Even though it is new it is still a year old. In fact the 2011 is out now. Also a v8 is around $3000 more the the v6.Clean retail for the v8 is around $34000.Dealers may get an incentive from Hyundai to help sell left overs. Don't be afraid to ask. They might take it. No matter what you pay when you drive it off it becomes worth $30,000. To dealers.
