  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Pricing for 2014 equus just confirmed!!

No massage feature for the driver's seat? Can wait to see the power door closers on the Ultimate.

Yes it appears all the "massaging" is gone from the Equus. I am eager to see the power door closures as well. Im excited to see the HUD (Head's Up Display) on the Ultimate and how it integrates with the Blind Spot Detection.

It looks as though the free maintenance went from 5yrs/60k to 3yrs/36k. I dont know if someone made a typo but that's a small let down if its true. But the 3% increase is not drastic compared to all the new features/technology. I just wait to get Bluelink and the headsup display :)

It's not a typo. See here. I agree, it's not a big deal. The price increase is in line with the new tech and refreshed interior.

Complimentary Maintenance
Owning an Equus comes with the confidence that all of the normal scheduled maintenance is complimentary for 3 years or 36,000 miles. This doesn’t just mean oil changes, but all parts and labor included in the Equus Owner’s Manual under scheduled maintenance. And Equus maintenance is easy and painless given the convenience of our valet service that comes to you, picks up your vehicle, delivers alternative transportation and returns your vehicle when the work is done.

BTHBC,

We have the same car. Got it last week.

The tech part of the car is quite different than the Gennys or previous Equus.

The interior is beautiful and the brown is too...looks black at night but in the sun it is really nice.

Thank you. Mine BETTER be this week!
I understand that southern states were first, but mine will be the first brown in Chicago area. We'll see.
More importantly, glad to see you're still alive, driving a new Equus, and are (hopefully) well.
Maybe we can park side by side when we stop at Kennesaw on our next trip to Florida in early October. I should have it by then!
:)

We'll have to do that!

As an aside, the Equus I bought was on the showroom floor and they had just aquired it 2 days before.

When they brought it outside, one of the owners of the dealership asked me if I minded if there was another one like mine driving around town, (I said of course not) and she tried to change an Equus she had ordered to the brown.
She was told they were all spoken for and would be hard to come by.

By the way, mine came with a big box of chocolate-get it? I know you get it! LOL.

Right now your best deal will be a 2013, Hyundai chopped off most of the rebates, you have only from $1000-$1500 available, but dealers have $5000 dealer cash in the back, A friend of mine just got a 2013 Hyundai Equus for 56K OTD. Which means he bought the Equus for about $52500. 2013 Signature.
