    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Problem with MyGenesis.com

I bought a 2022 G70 two weeks ago. The Dealer set up my email for MyGenesis service. However, the system never sent me a link to login and set up a password. When I request link to reset my password, it says a link was sent to my email, but i don't receive it. They have my correct email and it is not in my spam folder.

I called Genesis support and the guy could not figure it out either. He summited a case to the technology group, but I am still in limbo. Has anyone else experienced this issue when initially trying to get on MyGenesis.com? Any suggestions to resolve it?

I had that issue too with my '22 G70. Talked to a Genesis rep who found out they had a typo in my email on file (dealer error). He was very helpful and guided me thru the sign up.
 
Maybe this is over simplistic but after having them verify your email address as correct, can't you ask them to resend the link?
