I bought a 2022 G70 two weeks ago. The Dealer set up my email for MyGenesis service. However, the system never sent me a link to login and set up a password. When I request link to reset my password, it says a link was sent to my email, but i don't receive it. They have my correct email and it is not in my spam folder.
I called Genesis support and the guy could not figure it out either. He summited a case to the technology group, but I am still in limbo. Has anyone else experienced this issue when initially trying to get on MyGenesis.com? Any suggestions to resolve it?
