Progress Technology anti-roll bars dramatically improve handling. How? They minimize the traction-robbing body "lean" that rolls part of the outside tires off the pavement. Our Sport-tuned Anti-roll bars replace skinny OEM bars and rubber bushings with larger diameter (stiffer) alloy steel bars and polyurethane bushings. More roll stiffness means less body "lean", and the tires stay flatter on the pavement (with more tire contact). The result is more grip and added driver control!

- Less body roll means more traction, faster cornering speeds, and increased
driver confidence.
- Polyurethane bushings produce crisp response on turn-in.

Progress Anti-roll bars are cold-formed in-house using our custom-built precision bending equipment. Both laser-cut and CNC bar ends are MIG welded in place using a precise fixture for an exact fit.

Larger than factory anti-roll bars are a great handling upgrade for the money! A stiffer anti-roll bar works to further reduce body roll by tying together the right and left sides of the suspension. This essentially lends more wheel rate from the side that's in droop to the side that's being compressed.

do you have any springs for the sedan that have lower spring rates than stock, the ones you mention have higher rates for stiffer rates. I am happy to have it lowered or remain the same. But really want it to be a softer ride especially to sharp small bumps.

I want a softer ride, not a harsher ride. My Genesis already goes around corners better than any modern day car I've had.

Put something out for a better ride.

The problem with going lower AND softer is that the springs will just compress and bind up, and won't "work" like a spring, so much as a solid metal thing stuck in your suspension.

You would be riding on the bumpstops constantly, not a good thing :)

These springs will lower, and be a *bit* sitffer, but I doubt it will make for a harsh or uncomfortable ride.

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer, really shows a supplier interested in satisfying the customers needs.

Happy not to go lower, but definitely need softer. This means a longer initial free height but same number of coils, with wider spacing to achieve lower compression rate. Result the static loaded compressed height is the same but the compression beyond that point is larger distance per unit load.

Final result same initial height of car but more movement per pound of load. The current spacing by my measurement of the stock spring installed is close to 2 inches between coils so we have a long way to go to compress solid.

Wonder if you could see if you all would make such a spring set, especially for the rear. An increase in initial free length of about 35 to 40 mm with the same number of same cross section coils would result in about a 15% reduction in compression rate.. If the coils are wound compressive the reduction in rate could easily go to 22%. :)

Hyundai will obviously have the 2010 parts at some point, but I suspect you may have to get an independent shop to install them.

My guess is that the 2010 springs are noticeably softer, but the 2010 shocks maybe a tad firmer. But I could be wrong.
