  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is there a way to change the navigation/map to display a street's name rather than its route number? For example, I want the map to display "Military Trl" rather that "S-809"? Almost all the state routes were I live start with "80" and the name is much more useful information. I have a new 2021 G70 2.0T. Thanks.

Not that I've seen. Must be what the road is called in the map software.

No. Very common not just in Genesis but many nav systems use the actual state or federal mapping names.

Thanks for letting me know.
Would be better if everyone used the same names. The one road I used on the way to work had the same state route number but on my trip had five different names as it passed through three different towns. Changed names again for the next 40 miles or so too. The state just called it route 16.
