I have a 2015 Genesis which I recently got a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, when I got the vehicle, the blue link service would not activate at all. I took it to the dealer and they said that the head unit had to be replaced. I know that there is an engineering mode they could try to access to fix this issue, but I doubt they even wanted to anyway. I was able to access engineering mode before I updated it, but everything was either a bit hard to understand or in Korean. So I updated it with the Navigation Updater and 32GB SD card and.... nothing. Still the same issue. So when I tried to go back, now it is asking me for a password?? I do have the vehicle registered on MyHyundai and the app installed. I even called Bluelink up but even they could not fix my problem. I may have to replace my head unit with a used one, but I would like to try to get back into engineering mode to investigate. My question is: does anyone know the password or have the same issue as I? Thanks......
