Radio no sound

Can someone plz explain why I’m getting no sound from my speakers
 
make sure on our multimedia screen there isn't a speaker icon with a slashed line, this would indicate the speakers are on mute.
 
I also have no sound issue starting with intermittent on/off. Apparently, this is a common issue with Hyundai.
I am trying to find out if it's the amplifier or the head unit.
