Rear-view mirror replacement and mod

Does anyone know where a reasonably priced (cheap) replacement rear-view mirror can be had that has all the same stuff that the OEM has in it... I need to mod one and don't want to mess around with the $600+ OEM mirror.

and anyone taken one of these off and have the simple 'How To'?
