Recent Genesis 4.6L with TECH leasing rates

Can anyone tell me your recent leasing rates like per month payment?

Just leased a 4.6.

Money Factor: 0.00075 (aka 1.8% APR)
Residual: 53%

This changed from last month where the money factor I was quoted was 0.00129 and residual was 56% (these figures are for 12,000 miles/year)

Net result of lower residual and lower rate = roughly same monthly payments (which will vary depending on what you can negotiate as the purchase price and what you put down).

IMO this is a super deal to lease, especially if you think you may end up buying the car off lease (due to the low residual value you essentially lock in the opportunity to buy the car at a potentially low price; or you can just walk away having driven a great car for 3 years).

An excellent lease for a 11 V8 Genesis with a 1500 owner/competitive incentive should come around 470-475 a month pre-tax, add your local taxes and that is what the good deal right now is

A similar V6 tech would lease for about 70 cheaper
