  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I had a very good experience. I went in telling the deaslership that I would split the difference between Invoice and Sticker if they took my Q45 in at Blue Book trade and gave me the .9% financing. I did not get any back and forth junk and they made the deal clean without any dealer added "prep" charges or other junk. The car was fairly new in August so did not expect them to come off of sticker since they were in short supply at the time. A new Q45 if they still made them would have been about $55,000 and this car has more legroom, headroom, and wider so I think it is a bargain. This was at Red McCombs Hyundai in San Antonio, texas

I just bought my Genesis from them. The start of the transaction was rough, as the initial saleswoman told me they had a V-8 available for me to drive, which they do in fact have, however, the owner is currently driving it and its not available at all. Since I live about 2 hours away, going to the dealership thinking one thing and getting realizing something completely different when I arrived was a bit infuriating.

There were some bumps along the way with the purchase of the car, but the salesman I worked with (not the original girl, a different one...) was very nice and went out of his way to make things right by me. I will say, however, that they don't know too much about the Genesis other than what's publicly out there...and they don't know how to work the Tech package either, as they only have received one (which I bought).
