  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey all,

On the top of my 2019 G70 display there is always a Gas Icon with the remaining mileage next to it. While I appreciate this when I'm low on gas and searching for a pump, watching it slowly tick down is giving me weird amounts of anxiety with how heavy I am on the throttle. Is there a way to change this part of the display? When using adaptive cruise control it shifts to the left but does not go completely away and I haven't found a page in the car settings to adjust this part of the display specifically.

Thanks,
Dennis

Masking tape or a post-it-note will cover it. A bit classier is black electrical tape as it blends in better.

In spite of kidding, it may work so you don't look as often and break a seemingly bad habit.

lol if there isn't a way to change it and it keeps getting on my nerves I may have to do that.
