Remote Start Timer Limit

When using the phone app to remote start the car, has anyone found a way to increase the current 10 minute limit the car will run after being started remotely?

you can extend it by resending the command from the app at the 9 minute mark. at least in my 2018 I can, then it will continue for another 10 minutes.

3 times max. for 30 minutes max. .


though personally I don't see the need, 10 minutes should be find. for me 2-3 minutes is more than enough.

Same thing during a Chicago winter.

Well remember starting my car on a cold winters morn,in Mpls. And warming it up cuz it wouldn’t move an inch til the automatic trans fluid warmed up enough to flow freely. Would just sit there an whine at ya.

Would be enough if you were able to turn the heated seats on. That makes a huge difference.
