Request from a previous model year owner

Can someone take a quick picture of the puddle lamps underneath the side mirrors?
Curious if us 2009-2014 owners can retrofit the cool Genesis logo puddle lamps into our cars. Ours light up but no logo.

Um yeah. Not sure I like them that much. $180 bucks. I'll see if I can get a 2015 part # from my local Hyundai dealer.

Really just wanted to see if the lens/bulb/etc was a direct swap.

It's not a function of the bulb. There is a mask over it. You can make one yourself with vinyl but it's unknown how it would turn out.

Yeah, that's what I saw. Agreed that it's too damned expensive.

Puddle lamps are standard on the 2013 but not the cool Genesis logo ones.

Yes, I know that. I was referring to the 2014 Genesis, which I believe has the cool Genesis logo puddle lamp. I may be wrong, but I thought I recalled someone posting about it. If so, it should be an exact fit for a 2009-2013. You should be able to go to any dealer with 2014 stock left and check it out (take a white sheet of paper with you if doing it in daylight).
