  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Richmond, VA Motor Trend Auto Show

I don't know about the rest of the country but we have auto malls here that are usually several square miles in size and have a dozen or more dealers and perhaps half again as many marques. Most are open 7 days per week. We don't need car shows to look at current models for sale - just classics, rods and specialty vehicles.
Same here, and a lot closer to home than the convention center where the 2014 auto show is in my area. At the dealers, free parking, no admission, and I can test drive the cars.

You would think so but after visiting relatives over the past few years I sure didn't see any major changes. And it seems people back there like it that way.

No disagreement there although wouldn't the Equus be the "flagship vehicle"? In any event, advertising for the Genny has been virtually absent in my market for over two years. I have just begun to see TV ads touting the 2014 Genny's.

That's what I said. There was NO EQUUS THERE. Flagship missing.

The area to the southwest of Richmond, south of the James River, is booming. Also to the west, north of the James River.
