  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I had bought a genesis sedan from Rick case for 1000 dollars less than what the other dealerships quoted me and after I went home had second thoughts about the color. I waited for it to grow on me for 2 days. I still wanted to change it and approached the dealership. They did not encourage me right away since they did not have a second car with the same premium package but when I was persistent they made it happen. They had to bring a car from another dealership and so charged me 300 more. But I was ok with it. Actually this car even came with the wings. I am happy. We had to redo the paper work again though. Hopefully they will be good for car service too.

Have over 60,00 miles on my 4.6 genny and Rick Case Duluth has done most of the service. Rick Case service is outstanding. ask for Monica when your car needs service, she is very helpful. If your car needs to be at dealer all day or longer then they give you a loner. Happy driving and don't worry about Rick Case service.

Hmm, someone is actually happy with Rick Case?
I would certainly never do business with the ones here in south Florida. I have posted on this site before how they tried to screw me. I would do my best to discourage people from entering their door.

Its always about training employees and how important customer satisfaction is to the manager of each dealership.

Here is my original post about experience wit Rick Case:
I have been to Rick Case several times. Actually test drove two Genesis'. When they finally got one in with the tech package the salesman called me. He quoted me Hyundais official two year lease price over the phone. After the drive I said "let's do it". The money guy acknowledged that there was such a lease but said that they did not make enough money on it and wanted an additional $700.00 up front and nearly $100.00 more per month. The salesman claimed he didn't know the dealer's policy because it was the first one he almost leased. It would be interesting to know what he is telling potential customers now.
I went to Coconut Creek where they had three with the tech package. They would not acknowledge that such a lease existed. I purchased it for list price from Coconut Creek.
What I forgot to include was that I had a Rick Case coupon for one year of free gas. When I asked about that he replied "Oh, you have to pay more for the free gas."

This experience took place On July 29, 2008. I have one of the very first Genesis' with the tech package.

"Oh, you have to pay more for the free gas."

No such thing as a "free lunch."

:D:D

I always get the feeling that a lot of dealers (or their friends/family) post in the threads.
