Samsung cell phone & Bluetooth connectivity problem

I have paired my cell with my Genesis. As soon as connection is established I get constant incoming audible signal but with no phone number in display;also when I attempt to answer cant do so just get "call rejected" message then the cycle begins again. Help.
 
Try to "un-pair" then pair again.
 
Did that today at dealership. I have called the customer service hotline and I have been assigned a case number. I hope that someone knows how to rectify the problem.
 
Hey Magna, just joined this forum and just got my coupe 2 weeks ago. I am having the exact same issue you are having. I have a Samsung Alias 2. Have you ever gotten a response from Hyundai?
 
have the same issue here as well.....samsung alias......just tried it today...and here i find a thread on it...well keep me posted....
