Okay.
Got a PM from ikeym stating that Giuffre Hyundai in Brooklyn fixed his problem. A service tech by the name of "John" worked on his car and knows of the problem.
I tired to get a hold of John but he was very busy so I left a phone number for him to contact me. So far no call. I talked with another tech by the name of "Charlie" and he asked me who ikeym was and what his real name is or his VIN # so they can look up the work order. Unfortunately ikeym never left me his real name to give to them so this is becoming a rather long goose chase.
If there is anyone one of our Genesis bretheren in the NY area close to Giuffree Hyundai, could you possibly drop by and see if John can chime in or if you can possibly find out what exactly they replaced to fix this problem?
Kudos to ikeym for bringing up this thread, Hopefully it is something that Hyundai doesn't know about and can fix/update and we can put this pulling/drifting issue to rest.
Oh and BTW, just got my third set of tires in two months put on today 3/28/13, Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus and the car still drifts to the right. But not as bad as the General G-Max or the Continental DWS's.
And yes. The car has been aligned.....twice!
