Just posting for awareness for the prestige/sport owners, don't let the dealers come back to you and say it's an inherent feature if you have the same problem!

I'm guessing the unit isn't fully bolted in, possible under torqued bolts by the assembly robot?


guess I should've read the article first. bent clips.

either way, real pain in the ass and typically the whole dash has to be removed to get to the unit (at least on GMs and Lexus) hopefully Genesis has a better way, but not thinking so.
