Hello Genesis Owners,
I was test driving a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Ultimate AWD sedan today. Everything seems fine, however when I was driving and switched to manual mode, going 40-45 MPH it said I was in 8th gear, I tried to use the gear stick to downshift, but it wouldn’t let me, it felt kind of tough and I had to move it back it really hard, using the paddle shifters it shifted normally, what could be the issue? Is it just normal and the computer wouldn’t let me? Or is there something wrong with it like the person hasn’t used it in quite some time?
I’m not sure if I was in ECO mode either, it that could’ve the reason.
