Should car dealers provide information on used cars?

Now I'm searching for the used Hyundai Genesis and have a question: Should car dealers provide me with information (car history, titles, previous owners, etc) on used cars they are selling?

Of course they shoundn't. But nowadays some dealers do this, it's up to them. If you want to check car's history with all nessesary information, you can use different services of VIN lookup: https://trustvin.com/, https://www.autodna.com/,
https://www.searchquarry.com/vin-decoder/, https://www.edmunds.com/car-buying/vin-check.html or Google and find more.

Information about owners: it's private and confidential data, so no one would disclose it.
