- 2G Genesis Sedan (2015-2016)
Hi. As much as I love my 2015 Genesis 3.8 sedan, it has not been trouble free. Here’s the recap. Note, Hyundai warranty Has paid for everything. New starter, new transmission, new head unit (stereo), various sensors, moonroof, A/C leak. I will not include The four tire replacement at each 20k miles At $900 per swap. The car has 51k miles on it now.. Today, the head unit would not turn on after several start/stop attempts. It’s out of warranty and it’s upwards of $3k I’m told. Well, I tried it again a few minutes ago and the head unit works fine! Yay. A glitch? I am Out of the 5/60 warranty but still have 10/100 powertrain warranty. I own the car outright. Do I call it quits and sell it while I’m ahead?
