Side Mirror Glass Popping Out

The side mirror glass on both sides are falling out when I adjust the mirrors. The dealership has ordered complete new mirrors on both sides. Anyone else have this problem? There are several tiny clips on the back of the mirror that attach to the actuator and they are all either broken or stretched out of shape. When is pops out the only thing holding the mirror on are the wires.

Must be some defective parts as this has never been reported before not to mention we have owners here in Saudi heat to frigid Canadian winters.
 
What model year do you have ?? This forum is for 2015 and below your name it shows Genesis 3.8 V6 not 2g Genesis 3.8 V6

I read through a list of all OP posts, and he does say he bought a 2015 Genesis (even though he did not select the correct information that shows bellow his name).
 
Could this be the result of vandalism? Is it parked outside at night?
 
2015 5.0 Ultimate - Passenger glass fell out today, just as described above. Only wires holding it on which was great so the glass didn't break. Was able to temporarily "pop" it back in but doubt it will hold long. Nothing hit it, happened when the door was shut so perhaps the impact reverberates through to the mirror?

Just a thought, what holds it in? Is it broken or worn? How about a dab of silicone where it is held?
