I've been advised that roasted poultry (w/o the skin, of course) is on the acceptable "list"! Actually, I was cheering on the comments regarding this forum!

After a month of smaller portions, and significantly more "controlled" eating, our holiday festivities as it relates to the dining room table (most of this will occur on Sunday evening here due to extended family/friends work/travel schedules) will be more subdued on my part. I'm hosting, so it will be fun.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I have much to be thankful for this year!

This is one of the more mature forums I've been to, very refreshing. I've been a member of many other car forums over the years and they often become over bloated with people more interested in their post count than the topic at hand.
