Hello,
The following is an email I sent to SiriusXM:
"Up until about the middle of last year I was able to use the voice command to select a channel by name. eg. I would say "Channel Bluegrass Junction" and the channel would switch to Bluegrass Junction. Now when I say "Channel Bluegrass Junction" or any other name I get some random channel number. I have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis. The Hyundai tech questioned that I was ever able to select a channel by name. I remember specifiacally that I could because when I said " Channel Bluegrass Junction" the female voice would come back with " Channell Bluegrass JUNKTON. My question is can you say with any degree of certainty that I can no longer use that voice command to select a channel as a result of a change by Sirius XM?".....Their response (not unexpected) was that it must be a hardward/installation probelm. I did have the latest map update installed last year but the problem started a few months after the update. Can you shed any light on why am I having this problem?
Thank you,
Gary
