Sirius/XM radio suddenly not working

I am subscribed and active for Full Access, confirmed by Sirius. Radio all od sudden only receives Preview station 1 and all Sirius/XM services (weather) are also now disabled. Sirius support says Hyundai's problem after and confirming I am subscribed and unsuccessfully sending a refresh signal several times. Anyone have this issue or know of a radio reset? Trying to avoid a trip to the dealer.....
 
Try a reset - press a pen or similar object into the small hole near the right side of the CD slot. The radio will reboot. It may not work, but I had a similar issue once, and it solved the problem at that time.
 
Update on Sirius/XM not working. Turns out they had somehow switched my radio ID, so was not subscribed even though it showed me as subscribed in their records. After several failed "refreshes" and being to told to go to the dealer, I noticed the radio ID buried in the long URL string sent to me for the refresh link was not what appears on the cars menu. When I called they confirmed the wrong radio ID had somehow been switched in my profile, so no service was being provided to the car. Once the proper radio ID was appended, back in service. No explanation how they would suddenly switch radio ID's on their back end.

Having problem with Infotainment system in my G80 Sport. Radio goes on and off, Station freeze. Cannot Turn on or Off Radio. Heads Up Not working Properly, Car Play does not work, Cannot get Sirius. to work hands free. Will not respond. I was told by Genesis that the problem is with Sirius and LG(Life is Good). This has been happening for almost 1 month. This is a Horrible Situation. No one has answer as to when all will be resolved. Makes enjoying my car unenjoyable. It is like halting 1/2 a car. I pay every month for my car, and not able to use the amenities the car comes with! Do not know what to do!!Anyone else having these problems?

Hello: my name is Brian and I have a 2017 G80 sedan. The same thing began to happen to me 1 month ago. I have generally found the radio will be operative for selections of the XM stations for the first 30 seconds of automobile use. When the car shuts off and restarts, it then becomes operative again for another 30 seconds. When the freeze happens the FM/AM stations will operate and allow selection of different stations but the XM is frozen and other commands such as map or GPS will not operate. The Bluetooth does not seem to be affected and that I can place and receive phone calls. Let me know what you find out about this thank you BMonahan@aol.com
 
The cause may be the Sirius data feed which recently became incompatible with the Genesis head units. Well documented in this forum. Search for Sirius.

Having issue with Sirius xm radio hasn't worked for 3 months now did the reset went to dealership talked to Genesis and XM radio went to dealership yesterday nothing they can do it's an issue with Genesis & Sirius XM but I was told in March that Sirius would have the issue fixed by April and now we're in May and still doesn't work. For the price I paid for the 2019 Genesis G80 3.3T I should not be experiencing this kind of problem and my subscription ends June 22nd 2021. Everyone is blaming everyone but no one is trying to resolve the problem fix this issue now enough is enough 😒 really frustrated. Didn't even have this issue with my 2012 Juke sad very sad. Own up to the problem and to the consumers.
 
I just purchased a 2019 G90 and the radio issues described above are happening to me. This is not a simple reset issue - that does not work. I paid the dealer for a full software upgrade - that also did not fix the problem. Has anyone found a solution to the problem? Is it time to buy a standalone sirius device (like a SiriusXM Roady BT Vehicle Satellite Radio - Enjoy SiriusXM Through Your Existing Car Stereo (RoadyBT SXVRBT1)? Any updates would be appreciated.
