I know that if you hold out on subscribing to Sirius after the free trial offer you get a better rate.
So far the best I can find is $29.99 for 5 months of a Select subscription.
Anyone have or see anything cheaper?

Five months for $20.00, no reactivation fee. Remember, "Fees and taxes apply", meaning another hefty add-on for final total.
I have done "One year for $99". Same small print, but payable by check, thus they don't get your credit card number for renewals at max rate. We'll play the game all over again next year, but by then I hope to have figured out Blue tooth, smart phone, Pandora, and/or Rdio.

I get your deal. I have been getting that deal since 2012. I also tell them that the payment is a one time charge on my card and have never had a problem. They bill me in 6 months the full rate, I call to cancel and they give me the promo rate again. Same song and dance every 6 months for 2 years.

BTW: I tried to cut out the song and dance and it didn't work. I asked for the promo, was told it was not available. Asked to cancel and magically it was available then

Same thing here for me on my Azera. I am on my 3rd time around with that song & dance. After they LIE to me I tell them I only listen to 3 channels anyhow so I don't really need it and to go ahead and cancel.... suddenly I can get the 5 month deal.

Amazing.

I even tell them - look - let's lock this in for the 2 years or something. Nope. Fine....

I use a Bluebird amex card from Walmart. Only have $10 on it so it's declined every time. They send me an email, I call them and tell them to cancel or give me the same deal (5mo/$20). They usually just give me that deal, sometimes send me to a retention rep. I give them a different cc number all is well. Then I wait a couple of days, go back to my account and change back to Bluebird. Only have to do this every 5 months. Better than $18/mo.
