yesterday and today it was pouring in SoCal, and heavy traffic and trucks with major water spray, and all the "Smart" systems on the G80 went nuts.
Got all of these alerts in a heavy down pour yesterday on my 30 my commute to work:
SCC - started getting SCC Disengaged, Radar Blocked graduated to SCC disabled. Radar Error, Please Service
Park Sensors - Park Sensors Failed, Please Service
BSM - Blind Spot Monitor Error - Please Service
On the way home when I started out it was misting and everything was fine, the closer I got to my home the heavier it got so visibility was near zero with all the Semi-Truck water spray and all the alerts came back.
When I left this morning it wasn't raining, part way to work and the skies opened and all the alerts came back.
definitely tied to the heavy down pouring rain..
be safe out there.
