Smart trunk and rear heated seats not working

2019 g70 2.0 AWD. Smart trunk and rear heated seats aren’t working. Trunk works from key or button on trunk but won’t open by itself even though the smart trunk option is on. I believe it may be a fuse problem so I opened the fuse box but I’m having a hard time figure out what fuse is connected to what. Anyone with more experience able to help with this?

Edit: I have realized that the fuse box for the trunk as well as the rear heated seats are in the trunk. I will be checking on that soon.

Update: I was able to check the fuses in the trunk fuse box. Unfortunately the fuse works fine when checked with the sunroof ( which is also 20A). So it’s not a fuse issue. Anyone have a similar problem as me or anyone know what else I could check before calling the dealership?
