You definitely SHOULD! Especially with tech package.

Definitely. No cars can compare for the price. And, few cars compare if price is no object (within reasonable bounds).

Depends a lot on the price that you can get it for.
If they want full MSRP, I'd tell them to go jump.
If it's new, with zero miles, try $9000 off. If it's new with a few thousand miles, try $12000 off.

DITTO ^^^ You should be able to get a great deal on a new one if you look around or as noted, one with some miles on it. No matter what you do, get the HPP extended warranty to cover the electronics.
