  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Well this is goodbye. After being one of the first people on the west coast with a 3.3 black back in December 2019 I ended my ownership yesterday. Its been a fun 2 and a half years but its time to say goodbye. I only have enough room for a single car, and I no longer have that need for speed. The G70 certainly can taunt you into putting the hammer down, or feeling guilt for not doing so. My life has changed and my new car is just cheap and functional which is what I need and want (Subaru Crosstrek "Sport"). My future probably wont bring me back to Genesis, unless I am able to have room for more than just my DD.

I went through some crazy stuff with my G70 (see the exploding paint story) but it was always awesome to have this forum. Most of you are awesome, and Ill still be popping by to see what records are being set or crazy stories other members have. I still believe the G70 is an awesome car, and I have nothing but great things to say about the service I got at my dealership. I really hope Genesis continues to get their shit together for everyone else as well.

Best of luck to all of you, and best of luck to the future of the G70!

Good luck to you, too. Stay well.

Hate to see you go. Good luck!

Ah man, sorry to see you go... It's been a pleasure and enjoy the Subie.
