Sound System Issues

I'm not using a USB and the display screen shows the music playing, but there is no sound. The phone doesn't work as well. Then after about 10-20 minutes, it kicks on. I notice that it only happens when I start my vehicle.

I am also noticing that my phone call drop while in the middle of conversations.

I'm concerned since I just purchased my 2015 5.0 Genesis a couple of months ago.. Any help would be great..

I've found that the best place to start with a phone that's misbehaving is to completely remove it from the car audio and Bluetooth, etc., and start over. Good luck.

Oh no... this thread is quite concerning... all of the same issues that my '09 has.
