am i missing something or does the phone not have a speed dial option?

I tried the voice dial and it's decent, but still no speed dial?

2014 ultimate here.
 
here's another thing, why does the gps always want to avoid tollroads, i live on a tollroad, it always wants to route in a roundabout way, i just want to put in the destination to get the traffic, but clearly because it never wants to work..


also if you plug in your iphone it won't let you plan other music other than the music app built into the iphone.. you have to bluetooth sync it.

you might want to make the forum 2014,. i'm in a 2014 model

any ideas how to create a list of top numbers that i call in there? I just end up using voice dial over and over, but i hate having to say is that correct? yes, dial yes..
