does anyone use Spotify? mine was working great until this morning. It shows on the screen it's playing but I do not have any sound. I turned off my phone and restarted it, and restarted the app. Not sure where else to look.

use a toothpick to press the small round black button next to the volume knob for a few seconds. hold it down and it will reset the infotainment system. try again after restarting your phone too

Yeah, if the sound comes out of your phone (try that first, as sometimes it's the phone), then it's the infotainment. The trick above should fix the latter.

Hey guys, does anybody know if there's a difference in fidelity listening to Spotify from Bluetooth to Apple CarPlay (or AA)? Just curious if the physical connection has any effect on sound quality. Thank you.

Not on Spotify because Spotify doesn’t have lossless audio

Oh, okay. Thank you. So will keep listening to it mostly via BlueTooth. Only when in big cities will use CarPlay to use Google maps, since the factory nav is absolute crap. And yes, I have the latest version. Will just use it to get there, since I like the HUD directions, but once there, will switch to Google maps.
