Spyshots of the GT70/GT80 coupe?

Doesn't look like a photoshop (one heck of a nice job if it is).

The original plan for the 2-door was for the GT70, but since then, there was indication that Genesis may be going for something larger and this looks more like a 2-door variation of the G80.

Look at where the door handle is on car. That doesn't look "right". That is a huge door .....

Edit: plus there is camo inside the exhaust tips. My guess is photo-chop. Damn good looking though.

Yeah, in addition, the reflections in the glass don't seem totally on point.

Also, it would be highly unusual to see have 1st seen the coupe at this stage of testing (a later prototype) rather than an earlier one w/ heavy cladding or even a mule.

Plus, Genesis designers have stated that they intend for the coupe to be a bit differently stylistically and not simply a 2-door variant, and this is pretty much a 2-door version of the G80 sedan.

If they really wanted to do a coupe they need to do it right. Twin turbo v8. At around 3500 pounds. Awd and rwd option still. But it needs to actually have a real launch mode and be able to do burn outs with out cutting a dang wire

If this is real, maybe this is what the G80 Sport turns into. I don't know if it's a terrible idea or not. If you want a 2+2 car, the G70 is basically already that. And a coupe offering is supposed to be sporty, but the G80 is really more luxury than sporty (even if Genesis thinks it's 50:50) and the design language doesn't transfer well to a sporty, aggressive car. On the other hand, a dedicated coupe with its own body panels may be deemed too expensive vs. basing it off an existing car. And a G70 coupe makes less sense than a G80 coupe if the G70 can't be made into a 2 seater only. The G80 is also a newer platform, so it may be better for manufacturing to have a coupe on that one.

Lastly, that wing looks like shit lol. It's obviously an afterthought.
