  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

States Without Dealers

Dealers in Florida are the same, had the G70 last week but now they went back to only showing the 2018 G80 and G90 models.
Same issue last week with my SC dealerships. They no longer show any info on 2019 models.

Really curious what happened with SC. They had dealers, etc, etc...as mentioned. Now gone. Did some legal issues popup that were overlooked or something? Did they pull the Franchise License for the entire State?

From what Larry was able to figure out, they never had a license or was selling. The dealership that was advertising them is parti of a group that covers multiple states and the cars on their site was inventory from Georgia. I think I have that right, Larry?

Oh right...forgot about that. Here are the dealers that are part of the same group. There might be more...

Genesis of Savannah
Genesis of Brunswick
Genesis of West Columbia
Genesis of Hilton Head (South Carolina)

No that is all the Genesis dealers in the automotive group. The latest information is they are licensed and franchised. Cannot get a definitive reason for the delay.

Those dealers I listed are part of the same owner/group. I have verified.

Thanks. However, they have been verified and posted by me multiple times in previous posts.

Not sure what you’re trying to say. All I’m saying is that they are the same owner.

All I am saying is that information has been posted multiple times by me in previous posts. Just seemed to be redundant from all my previous posts and your own just several posts earlier. No offense, just clarifying.

Yes, I have thought about that also but think I will choose to go to AZ. Can double as a vacation and they will have more dealers, at least in the beginning.
I looked at Henderson in Nevada since Vegas would be a good trip. They even had my package and color combo but no AWD:cry:

Vegas should be getting their cars soon as well as four dealers in AZ. Hopefully one of them has what you want but AWD in the desert may be unlikely. Wichita appears to be where the first dealer in Kansas will be so not that far a drive overall.

How did you find out about Wichita, and any idea of when (and which dealer)? I have bought from Wichita dealerships before. :)

Sorry, can't get into that now especially since I have some data verification to do. I don't know what the name of the Hyundai dealership is but the Genesis dealer should be named Genesis of Wichita if all is correct.

Although I'm itching to see, touch, drive, etc., I will likely wait until Colorado is open for business. I bought an older car to drive for my immediate needs and will wait to test drive before making a final decision. If for some reason I don't like it, there is a new 3 series coming out so I have a fall back option if needed.
