No problem with the products however they lied to me for a month and when I called them out on it they refuse to sell me anymore parts.

I spent over $1000 there and this is how they react when I called them out for saying they were starting the pieces next day.

I waited 3 weeks to ask the status for them to say they were only just getting the material followed by other rude emails when I asked to see photos.

Rotten customer service and save yourself the possible problems and use another of the many places available.

They didn’t bother to update me at all.

Seriously to get mad I called them out and refuse further sales LOL
 
I would have to agree to having horrible customer service experience with Freddy at G4Werkz. The products look great, but ultimately not worth to have to go through with the being treated like that as a customer.

Yeah, it is too bad though. Why is it so hard to be friendly?

It goes a long way but I guess it doesn't hurt their business to be azzholes. Not one person was cool or nice. Every email was snippy or just not friendly at all. Guess they all hate their jobs lol it is truly a mystery.

My one good experience ever was once they had a part I wanted lol and in my place they have all the mailboxes up front.

I am not used to that and my delivery said sign for so I contacted them.

I did not know they I guess sign and put them in bigger lockers and leave you a key.

The guy was totally suspicious of my story and did not hide it. I am thinking ok you got paid, and if it was missing you have insurance for the part so in the end nobody is trying to get anything free nor would I.

I am 110% sure he thought I was lying and trying to get a second set free but again it was insured and he has no obligation to send a free set.

Anyway that is just one of many stories but I have a new place for my interior and they do amazing work. probably $1000 for the center pieces like you see the ABS on ebay and the door handles inside and the window switch covers that they continue to sell on ebay that do not have the door lock on the passenger side because I thin in Korea they are not required.

Maybe that center AC thing up top too. Maybe a little more but for real Red Reflective Carbon Fiber sign me up.

Maybe I will get other parts but nor rings around vents or little things for me. If I knew how to disassemble I would just do the whole center part.

I did a lot to my car so after this I will chill til the new look arrives.

Difference between updating each step and no telling me they didn't start for 2-3 weeks and then refusing to see me parts because you suck.

Parts are awesome but they are available elsewhere now without the BS.

I read my emails and nothing in them says any different so again post what you want but it's not gonna make a difference to anyone but you.

Thankfully you sell nice products and I can just have someone else order it if I had nowhere else to shop lololol which thankfully I do and bought the interior parts.

Fact 1 - 10/9/2022 you emailed us wanting to get some parts for your G70

I own a 2020 G70 and I recently put ADRO V3 parts on my car. It is I think called a wet carbon fiber. To me it just looks shiny.

So I see you sell only 1 part that fit the exterior of my car in the front marker part and offer it in many styles.

Of course I want it to match the other parts so likely the 2x2 is it however it would be amazing if you had offered the body kits in the Reflective option.

So is it possible to see a sample of the Reflective in Red and the 2x2 I guess in the photo on your site.

I did look up Reflective images but I like to see what you would make for me if I went with it. It is just that I have the red brakes and I thought maybe go with it. It is a very tough decision to say the least.

I just had the bumper off to install the Velossa LitKit so I hate having to take it back off lol but whatever.

Fact 2: We spoke by email from 10/9/2022 all the way up to when we sent you an invoice on 10/13/2022 in the amount of 615 $$. We spoke to you in a manner that was straight foward and upfront. You had no issues with it since you placed your order. You sent out the second payment on 10/14/2022 inwhich we emailed you your tracking info on 10/14/2022 at 2:01pm.
Fact 3: between 10/9/2022 - 10/14/2022, You emailed us alot sometimes very long emails asking for info, saying you want something, then saying you dont want it, to saying you're not sure if you want this or if you want that. We advised you at that time to just give us a call because your emails are long and some of the messages were more of you just typing without any direction.
Fact 3: between 10/9/2022 all the way up to 1/7/2023 you were emailing us and having coversation in regards to what you want, then what you dont want, then what you want. We advised you to give us a "CALL" when you have decided on what you want.
Fact 4: 4/18/2023 you placed your order for our red reflective emblems which clearly shows that the Customer Service was not an issue. Our tone of conversation was not an issue. But lets back up to 4/16/2023 in your email to us clearly you were in your feelings because we were not responding back fast enough for you about the parts you wanted then didnt want then wanted again. We advised you on 3 different occasions to give us a call to discuss your wants and needs. Below is your email to us on 4/16/2023. so between 10/9/2022 and 4/16/2023 our Customer Service was never an issue SIR.

I am here now about purchasing the front and rear badges but I was not sure what you meant by saying we can get the winglets colored.

Does that mean the inside would be blue CF or Red CF or even reflective CF while the outside is regular black CF.

Do you have any samples? The other thing is the center is just solid CF. I see your company name on the pieces but I figured that was just computer generated and the ones I would get are just blank in the center.

Can you please let me know. I am interested for sure.
I was considering just buying new CF inserts for $30 or the factory CF set for $150 however I do like your CF look better. Yeah I wish it was cheaper like the factory set but I cannot make your prices.

I just need some more details before I can drop $300 for the little badges.

Now I have only seen a few installs on these badges and I cannot recall if there is a notch for them but I thought there was a hole in the hood. Yours are just flat and only attach with 3M which I believe that is how the stocks are but I do not know why they put a hole in the hood unless it was for lining it up.

I am still interested in the interior pieces even if I have to buy them little by little.

I was thinking with regards to the other parts that with the boomerangs on the side that a full replacement part may be too much for me to install.

I just think it’s a bad idea for me to take the fender off because it will likely never go back on right lol

We stated that your order is in clearcoat wet sand process and once completed we will send you pictures. It was a good thing that communication wasnt done by phone since at that time we didnt record conversations. We have all the email communications saved between us. You're allow to say whatever you want but you picked a platform in where you didn't believe I would see it inwhich it worked until I was given the screenshots today from other customers who have ordered with us with no issues and continue to do so.

LOL I just posted the truth sir, you're still talking with no facts behind it. So since I have responded to your lies now i'm crying. The only thing here that is the same is the tone of your responses which match the energy in your emails. FYI Please make it down to some car shows in Central florida, I believe Spring Hill isnt far at all. I would love to see the G70 in person or if you have any showes or meets in Spring hill that you go to let me know. I could bring a few cars up that way alone with being able to see your car in person.

Someone please just tell me when and send a photo if you can." So its clear that you're the one that had issues which had nothing to do with our CS or how we spoke to you. Fact 10: This was our response to you: "

we understand your concern. Your emblems were mailed out to us on Tuesday with our other orders from our supplier. They are due to be to us on Tuesday as shown in the picture below. We will make sure that you receive your emblems.
Once you receive your emblems, then. Our commitment to your order would be completed.
We wish you the best on your build but at this time we aren’t going to be the company that can assist you in future orders.
Again we really wish you the best on your build." We can also attach the screenshots showing the response. So again Customer entitlement issues you were having. We have every right to sale who we want to sell to. Your comment on you calling us out. You did not call us out sir, you did not read nor did you ask questions. It was a good thing that communication wasnt done by phone since at that time we didnt record conversations. We have all the email communications saved between us. You're allow to say whatever you want but you picked a platform in where you didn't believe I would see it inwhich it worked until I was given the screenshots today from other customers who have ordered with us with no issues and continue to do so.

Basically you will no longer do parts for me because you lied to me, then didn’t bother to update me on the delay, then send 2 snarky emails and when I finally call you out on everything, instead of actually admitting your mistake, you just say you won’t deal with me.

So again theirs always 3 sides to a story unfortunely G4werkz posted our side and the truth. If what we posted isnt true then clearing provide the proof instead of you stating info thats not TRUE.

We arent concern with the minority we spend our time and effort with the majority. We have been in business from the start of 2017 and still running strong. We're running strong for a reason. Believe me we have ran into customers like you over our time in business and the responses are all the same. You clean "rude" as a reason why we're a bad company only because being rude is subjective with no substance unless you have proof of us being rude to you.

YOUR UPSET BECAUSE WE DECIDED NOT TO SELL TO YOU ANYMORE. You stated from the start we were rude to you which I find to be funny because you keep ordering from us. Why would you order from a rude company and if you continued to why would you complain about something you accepted (which you're lying about). The only thing here that is the same is the tone of your responses which match the energy in your emails. FYI Please make it down to some car shows in Central florida, I believe Spring Hill isnt far at all. I would love to see the G70 in person or if you have any showes or meets in Spring hill that you go to let me know. I could bring a few cars up that way alone with being able to see your car in person.

Facts don't lie but you did.

It comes down to you telling me you will start them next day then 3 weeks later saying you sent the material.

When I asked all you had to do was explain the process instead of saying you don't.

By the end "in my opinion" I had a few emails basically saying oh well if you don't know too bad.

That's how it felt and that's why I finally got mad.

Your comprehension on the emails as a whole is zero and when you refused to sell me parts because you were annoyed I was mysekf already annoyed.

Bad CS buddy. Just because others didn't get to that point means zero.

My first purchase went fine as well.

Second one not to me.

Never said anything but that the parts were always great which they are.

So really you are crying, I'm only posting the facts as I experienced them.

Since you cannot see it from a customers view you will never see it at all.

Oh my car gets tons of compliments still and I tell them who made it and no I don't say not to buy from you. This was at the time when I was unhappy.

I don't stay mad forever and if you had parts I wanted I'd have someone order for me.

Still I will always stand behind my post in that experience and some may have it and some will not.

I had both but was pretty annoyed you couldn't just tell me it was delayed. Badges still look great though and I never said they didn't.

Oh I'm sure if I brought you some I also cost you some.

I don't buy parts there's nothing more left to do on the car.
