  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

New to me 15 Gen, Had It a week. The headlights seemed pretty low. So I searched the site, found out others where having/had similar issues. I also found how to adjust the headlights. So I did that tonight, way better.
I get a couple blocks away from home (test drive) and I get a check hepitac (probably spelled it wrong) error. So I hook up my cheap code reader, tells me no codes.
So how do I reset this?? Can I use the scan tool at work? Or will I need to take to the dealer???

Fyi, car steers fine, lane assist does not work.

Thank you.

Takes a dealer-level scan tool to read the code. Haptic is just the vibration motor mounted to the steering column. It may be failed or stuck.
